Strict quality control
- CE-marked materials sourced from carefully selected Nordic and European manufacturers.
- Structured LEAN and 5S production ensuring efficiency, traceability and consistency.
- Systematic inspections throughout the construction process, supported by warranty and guaranteed service.
The result is a portfolio of durable, energy-efficient modular buildings engineered for demanding climate conditions and intensive operational use.
Backed by Nordic rental experience
As part of Ramirent and the wider Loxam Group, we build on 50 years of Nordic rental expertise in module design, performance optimization and lifecycle management. Our modules are engineered for intensive operational use and harsh climate exposure. In structural durability, technical performance and long-term reliability, they are comparable to permanent buildings.
Nordic conditions are not a challenge, they are our design standard.
Sustainability

Sustainability and quality are integrated throughout our value chain, from material sourcing to lifecycle management.
Responsible Material Selection
We prioritize materials that combine structural performance with reduced environmental impact.
- Renewable, CE-certified wood from European producers
- Steel free of Cr6 and PVC flooring with phthalate-free technology
- EPD-certified insulation with very low thermal conductivity
- Low U-value windows supporting energy efficiency in Nordic climates
Material choices are based on durability, compliance and lifecycle performance.
Energy-Efficient Production & Operation
Energy efficiency is addressed both in production and in performance.
- 4x 50 kW solar parks supplying renewable electricity to our production facilities
- Structured LEAN manufacturing minimizing waste and material loss
- Optimized building envelopes reducing operational energy demand
- Continuous process optimization to improve energy performance and operational efficiency
Independent studies confirm high energy efficiency and air tightness performance aligned with Nordic standards.
Designed for Circular Use
Modular construction enables circular lifecycle management.
- Long service life through durable structural design
- Refurbishment and reconfiguration instead of demolition
- Reuse of modules across multiple projects and locations
- Reduced material consumption compared to traditional permanent construction
This integrated approach ensures reduced environmental impact without compromising certified quality, safety or technical reliability.
Responsible business
Responsible business conduct is fundamental to the way we operate within the Loxam Group.
Our operations are guided by 3 core principles:
- Responsible partnerships
We build long-term relationships with clients and suppliers while maintaining strict compliance with legal requirements and duty-of-care obligations throughout the supply chain. - Transparency and ethical conduct
We operate with honesty and clear contractual governance, supported by a formal Code of Ethics and regular Group-wide training. - Integrity and data protection
Commercial and personal data are handled confidentially and in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
